- Please take the time to review our story, our vision, and values as well as get a feel for our clinic’s focus and style. Our vision and purpose are central to who we are and drive our patient care.
- Email us a cover letter, resume, and relevant experience at jason@elevateptfp.com. Please make sure to include your current Oregon PT / PTA license number as well as NPI if you have one. If you recently graduated and are awaiting a license, please note this in your cover letter.
- We’ll review your application and contact you to let you know it has been received.
- Once the job posting has ended we’ll send out applications and continue with the hiring process with candidates that fit our initial review. Either way, all applicants will get a phone call or email follow up.

One of our core values is being life-long learners. To that end, we place a high value on helping a new generation of professionals gain experience and hours observing the fun of physical therapy! There are opportunities for PT and PTA students to fulfill clinical rotation hours throughout the year.
