Jason D. Taylor
Professional Journey
Jason earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2014 from the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center. Originally from New Mexico, he spent two years living and working as a life and leadership coach in central Oregon before returning to NM in 2009 to begin physical therapy school. Graduating in 2014, he immediately began a post-doctorate sports residency program. Moving back to Oregon in 2016, he had long had the desire to start his own practice with a focus on high quality, high value care aimed at the athletic and active patient.
His background includes a 14 year career in music and worship ministry, finance, and coaching and he has owned a business with 4 other business partners in Albuquerque, NM since 2005.
Personal Life
Jason and his wife Anna love to be outside. They have 4 children, 4 dogs, 1 cat, chickens, and soon to join the family a pair of goats. They love living in the Klamath Basin and spend their time outdoors, playing and enjoying being together.
Something You Enjoy
Jason volunteers locally with high school soccer and works as an acute on-field care provider for Henley High School varsity sports. “Working with young athletes is definitely my passion area.” An accomplished runner and athlete Jason states, “I remember what it was like to get hurt and not be able to do the activities that I found so fulfilling. I love helping these students get back to what they enjoy doing!”
